General Information-

1. You must contact us at 800-778-6060 or at NCCPT.com to purchase your retake exam. Once you’ve purchased the exam we will then send you a new testing code. 
2. Log on to: http://www.hostedtest.com/taketest.asp?c=yogaforpersonaltrainers42808 to access your exam
3. Once you enter your code and begin your exam you cannot exit the exam or the site will think you have terminated the exam and will grade what you have finished.
4. The passing score is 75%. 
5. If you fail or exit the site for any reason you will have to purchase a new code to retake the exam.
6. Each re-take will cost $25

7. If you do not complete and pass the exam within the 6 months from the original purchase date, there will be a $75* late charge to take your exam.
