READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING “I AGREE” BELOW, YOU WILL BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. 

This Agreement explains the relationship between FutureFitOnline.com and you regarding your use of the N.C.C.P.T. website and the marketing of products, services and the membership benefits of participating in the multi-level marketing (MLM) opportunities of this type of  business model. If you agree to be bound by the conditions of this Agreement, you must click “I Agree” below.

1. DEFINITIONS. Below are definitions of some of the terms used in this Agreement.

a) Prospect is defined as anyone who is not already a FutureFitOnline.com customer whom you’ve marketed or referred to FutureFitOnline.com, NCCPT.com, NCCPT.info, NCCPT.biz, NCCPT.org, NCCPT.us, NCCPTonline.com, FutureFit.biz, FutureFit.net, FutureFit.org, FutureFitonline.com, ICCPT.biz, ICCPT.info, ICCPT.net, ICCPT.us, ICCPTonline.com or HealthyLifestyles.com.

b) FutureFitOnline.com is a multi-level marketing (MLM) vehicle that provides information, products and services. Membership to FutureFitOnline.com may be purchased on a month to month basis with a three month minimum to start.

c) FutureFitOnline.com is a health and fitness platform designed to provide online Members with the opportunity to earn money by referring other people to the site who become members.

d) FutureFitOnline.com is a health and fitness portal designed to provide health care practitioners and personal trainers online resources for you to help Clients reach their goals.

e) FutureFitOnline.com is a health and fitness network designed to help prospects or clients find health care practitioners and personal trainers.

f) FutureFitOnline.com is a health and fitness network designed to provide health care practitioners and personal trainers online tools to increase profit and run their business.

g) FutureFitOnline.com is a health and fitness network designed to provide health care practitioners and personal trainers the ability to contact and communicate with their patients, clients, prospects and down line.

h) You. Refers to either (a) a personal trainer or (b) a health care practitioner and/or (c) a FutureFitOnline.com member

Terms and Conditions for Sales:

1. Standard Payment Terms: Master Card, Visa, COD, Cash, Money Order, or wire transfer. Payment by company check may delay shipping 2-3 weeks.
2. Terms of payment: Payment terms of Net 30 days may be made available under circumstances. Future Fit Inc. reserves the right to hold shipments on overdue accounts.
3. Prices subject to change without notice.
4. WARRANTY: THE (OEM) ORGINIAL EQUIPTMENT MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY APPLIES. FUTURE FIT, INC. MAKES NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FUTURE FIT, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, NOR SHALL FUTURE FIT, INC. BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF FUTURE FIT, INC. PRODUCTS.
5. Returned checks: The maker of any check returned to Future Fit, Inc. for non-sufficient funds, no account, or for stop payment shall be liable for assessment of a Twenty-Five Dollar ($25.00 USD) charge. Payment on returned checks is due immediately. Payment must be cash or cashier’s check.
6. Collection: In the event of non-payment of any invoice, Future Fit, Inc. shall be entitled to recover all reasonable expenses including but not limited to collection fees, attorney’s fees, and court costs.
7. Refunds: There are no refunds for any products or services unless damaged. 
   All sales are final.
8. Damage claims: Claims for “DOA” defective merchandise must be received by Future Fit, Inc. within 10 days of the purchase date. The Original Equipment Manufacturer’s policy for repairing or replacing “DOA” defective products will apply. Defective merchandise returns are only for repair or replacement with same product only.
9. Transfer fee: Once a student or buyer had purchased a “live” course, workshop, certification or seminar for a particular date, there will be a transfer fee if the student or buyer wishes to change that date to another date or location.
10. Special Handling fees: Future Fit, Inc. reserves the right to assess special handling charges including (but not limited to) charges for expedited shipment, drop shipments, and courier services. Such charges will be added to the invoice for such shipments.
11. Special orders: Orders for “Special Order” merchandise, software, supplies or services are non-refundable. Future Fit, Inc. reserves the right to require deposits or prepayment on “Special Orders.”
12. Refused shipments: All Shipping and applicable restocking charges related to refused shipments are the responsibility of the party placing the original order.
13. Retake Exam fee: If you fail your exam, there is a fee to retake the exam. Also, you must pass the course within 6 months from the date of class or exam purchase. If not, there will be a late fee in addition to fee to retake the exam.
14. Confidentiality Policy: No representative of Future Fit, Inc. shall disperse or divulge confidential exam candidate or certified member exam results without the express written consent from those individuals. Confidential information consists of application status and certification exam results. Exam questions and content are not available for review. Future Fit, Inc. or the National Council for Personal Trainers (N.C.C.P.T.) will not discuss exam questions or content.
15. N.C.C.P.T. Code of Ethics and/or ALL N.C.C.P.T. Certified Personal Trainers agree to adhere to the ethics outline

16. Upon passing the CPT Exam, NCCPT may publish the name, phone number and email address of all NCCPT Certified Personal Trainers to the public and its affiliates.
