    Hope business is well. I took your course many years ago and still find it one of if not THE most beneficial course out there. I like the fact that you need to come to your course knowing your stuff. Most people make fun of the 2-3 day training seminars. Obviously they dont know whats involved and required for someone to take and pass the exam.

The NCCPT is awesome! Most certification companies leave you to fend for yourself for 2 years until you need to recertify.  NCCPT is not like that at all.  There's the membership site which keeps you up to speed, plus making a couple extra bucks is nice too :-)

I like the courses because they are technical enough to be safe and sound, but no so full of jargon that you can't grasp the concepts with a Phd.

The staff is amazing, they are fast and friendly.  I feel like Im talking to friends when I call, not some call center.
