Include a short article with your workout (aim for a minimum 200 words, maximum 500). Tell the reader what makes your workout better, or unique. Tell them how it will help and why. Get into their shoes and empathize with the challenge they are facing, and then give them the solution. Be sure to include a short bio of yourself (2-3 sentences) and a link to your website, as well as any other contact information. When a visitor reads your article, we want them to be able to contact you!

Address Four Components
|
- Flexibility
- Strength
- Cardiovascular
- Balance or coordination
It''s possible to address these components by not addressing them. For example, you might not focus on strength with a teenager but more on balance and coordination. A woman who is very flexible, might not require flexibility in her workout. For cardio, specify a percentage of their Max Heart Rate.
