The Kick 2 Fit (K2F) course is designed to prepare participants to teach a safe and effective kickboxing and martial arts exercise program through the development of leadership and technical skills. The K2F Program provides a broad overview of this fitness modality and serves as an excellent foundation for anyone interested in teaching in this area. This program provides the specific knowledge to teach safe and effective kickboxing fitness classes, describe the proper form and alignment for each of the kicks, punches and footwork. This will be a great addition to your personal training practice.
