  • Certified Personal Trainer
  • Certified Group Fitness Instructor NEW!
  • Certified Yoga Instructor (first of its kind) NEW!
  • Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor (first of its kind) NEW!

In an effort to accommodate more students with additional testing centers, we're also stepping up our testing services. Starting October 1st 2019, all our testing will be done through Prometric Testing. Prometric is a testing company with thousands of testing sites in 160 countries. They will provide proctoring and testing services for the NCCA accredited certifications in their centers. The cost will be the same as PSI (the current testing company), $79. Prometric will also replace and conduct the online proctoring for our Specialty Programs. The cost will be the same as the brick and mortar testing - $79. However, you will now also have the option of taking the exams for Specialty programs at either the testing centers or online. The NCCA certifications must be taken at a testing center.

The six NCCPT Specialty Programs testing online are:

  • Weight Management Specialist
  • Flexibility Specialist
  • Senior Fitness Specialist
  • Youth Fitness Specialist
  • Power Lifting Instructor
  • Kickboxing Instructor

We appreciate your business and we look forward to continuing to provide you with the highest standard of service in the fitness industry.

Deborah Arbach
There is no right or wrong way to get into personal training as seen through Deb Arbach’s route into the field. Growing up, Deb has always been active, primarily through high school sports including field hockey & track. Deb continued her education and earned a B.S. in business at The College of Saint Elizabeth. She then proceeded to earn an M.B.A at Fairleigh Dickinson University. She ended up working in telecommunications for 13 years. During that time she had moved away from home and started going to the gym on a regular basis. Deb found that fitness was the perfect way for her to channel her energy and relieve stress from work.
