Donna Surges Tatum founded Meaningful Measurement in 1990. She has managed many projects and is adept at creating and guiding teams of highly skilled professionals who accomplish complex tasks. Meaningful Measurement works with a variety of certification and licensure programs.
Since 2005 Dr. Tatum has been Consulting Psychometrician for the American Osteopathic Association (AOA). She works with the AOA Standards Review Committee overseeing the compliance with standards and best practice for the 18 Osteopathic Physician Specialty Certification Boards.
Dr. Tatum led a Meaningful Measurement team of 15 professionals and more than 40 Subject Matter Experts in 2006 to develop a new national licensure exam for the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB). The team wrote competency statements and learning objectives, conducted a large scale JTA survey wrote, reviewed and revised well over a thousand items, conducted a beta test, set the standard, and launched the computer based licensure exam. Recently a new JTA survey, Test Plan, Standard Setting Study were conducted as dictated by best practices to ensure the test reflects current practice. The program is successfully testing approximately 2,000 candidates a month and is now delivered as a computer adaptive test (CAT).
The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (PRA) offers the Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) credential, a computer test-based certification that fosters the growth of a qualified, ethical, and culturally diverse psychiatric rehabilitation workforce. Meaningful Measurement has worked with the organization since 2010. Currently a new credential is being developed and will be offered in Spring 2016.
Dr. Tatum led a group of thirty Subject Matter Experts as they investigated feasibility, conducted multi-method research for the Job Task Analysis, and developed examinations for the Certified Alzheimer's Caregiver (CAC) and the Certified Alzheimer's Educator (CAEd). The computer based tests are delivered at the Pearson VUE Professional Testing Centers.

She created, and Meaningful Measurement produced, the Executive Communication track of the Leadership Institute for the University of Chicago Booth Business School Executive MBA program and for the University of Chicago Harris Graduate School of Public Policy Studies. Dr. Tatum also holds an appointment to the graduate faculty at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.

Dr. Tatum holds a Baccalaureate in Communication and a Master of Arts in Persuasion and Organizational Communication from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. Her doctorate in Measurement Evaluation Statistical Analysis (MESA) is from the University of Chicago. She researches, publishes, and presents widely on a variety of subjects.
Kay Tatum has over twenty years of administrative, managerial and project development experience which has included all aspects of physical and procedural setups; management of personnel; budget control; human resources; client relations and vendor negotiations.
Ms. Tatum has served as Vice President of Meaningful Measurement for 10 years, where she oversees test development and plays a critical role in item bank development and database maintenance, test construction, standard setting and procedural oversight. She works with national certification and licensure boards including the American Osteopathic Association, Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association, National Certification Board for Alzheimer Care, and Certified Relocation Transition Specialists.
Ms. Tatum holds a BA in Philosophy and Sociology from Cornell College and has completed two years in post graduate work at the University of Chicago in the Department of Sociology.
Jennifer Buchanan provides technical support and management, project management and business administration for Meaningful Measurement and its clients. She has over 16 years of experience in this area. Jennifer is a Microsoft Certified Small Business Specialist and is certified in Administering Office 365 for Small Business. Jennifer has administered several server platforms including MS Small Business Server, MS Exchange Server, MS SharePoint Server and the LAMP CMS platforms of Drupal and WordPress. She has additional experience with Sass, CSS, ASP.NET, PHP, MySQL and HTML to modify and create custom applications for various clients. Jennifer attended Michigan State University where she majored in Political Science.
Sarah Karstrand graduated from Southern Illinois University with a degree in education. She provides editorial content and support for Meaningful Measurement and its clients. She works on projects for the National Certification Board for Alzheimer Care and Certified Relocation Transition Specialists.
A graduate of Purdue University, Susan Welch is a seasoned Test Development Director. She works on projects for the American Osteopathic Association, Association of Accredited Naturopathic Colleges, National Certification Board for Alzheimer Care, Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards, Dental Assisting National Board, Certified Relocation Transition Specialists, and real estate formative assessments.

Geno is a health and fitness trainer who specializes in customizing exercise and nutrition programs for the baby boomers, Geno has over 20 years of experience to share with his clients. After receiving his degree in exercise physiology at the University of Rhode Island in 1990, Geno worked as a physical therapist for spinal-cord injured patients at the Walker Institute in Pacific Palisades. Soon thereafter, he became an AAFP Board Certified Medical Exercise Specialist. As the owner and founder of Fitness Enterprises in Los Angeles, Geno now works with members to achieve their health and fitness goals including body fat loss, sports conditioning and post-rehab therapy.

Michael Barton began his business endeavor as a managing partner with Family Fitness Centers based in Southern California. Barton was highly esteemed and mentored by Ray Wilson and Ron Thompson.
In 1993 Barton helped Fitness International grow from 12 clubs to 720 clubs, today. He has been mentored by Mr. Chin Yi and Mr. Louis Welch amongst other "greats" in the Fitness Industry. Barton is an idiosyncratic leader who understands building the best teams is paramount to taking LA Fitness to the next level. He is respected by his peers for his relentless work ethic and his ability to drive performance to peak levels. Barton has developed countless leaders over the course of 26 years, many of his mentees have gone on to phenomenal success. He has successfully managed both membership and personal training disciplines, he works with and through Vice Presidents to create win-win relationships. Barton has traveled the US extensively, helping develop new clubs in the Northeast, Northwest and the Midwest.
Currently, he is actively involved and responsible for the opening of Esporta, a new brand under the Fitness International umbrella. He is responsible for branding, staffing and launching up to 200 clubs over the next 24 months. This new brand will be launched on January 1st 2020.

David has a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Health Education /Nutrition from Arizona State University and a Master's degree in Nutritional Science. He is a GoDan (5th degree) Black Belt (GoJu Style) Black Belt and a Martial Arts Practitioner for over twenty years. David was a Rural Nutritionist and State Health Advisor while serving as Peace Corps Volunteer in Malaysia. Currently, David is affiliated with The Center for Advanced Medicine in Encinitas, California.
Khalid McLeod (NCCPT CPT and CSTS)

Khalid is a renowned health and fitness expert with more than 20 years of experience. He is an international speaker on the topics of Adult/childhood obesity, Nutrition for elite athletes and Advanced program design and periodization. He was worked with athletes in Major League Baseball (MLB) and the National Football Leagues and has been involved in government contracts to develop and improve wellness programs and recruitment standards. But he particularly enjoys working with collegiate and high school athletes, along with various trainers and conditioning specialists. His work has been featured in the Washington Post, Baltimore Sun, Chicago Tribune, Arizona Republic and Fitness Style Magazine.
Khalid holds a Master's degree in Exercise Science from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences and did his undergraduate work at Towson University in Sports Management.

Her passion for health and fitness led her to become a group fitness Instructor. Janine began her journey and attended her first Kundalini Yoga and Meditation class in 2008. It was the beginning of an overall transformation of her lifetime. This was the Ah Ha moment of self-realization and healing that guided her toward her destiny, to the ongoing-practice she is devoted to today.
Janine began teaching in January 2011. In 2013, she was called to Rishikesh, India, the mother land of yoga, to be trained and certified by the lead teachers and direct decedents "The Golden Chain" of the Master Yogi Bhajan.
Up for a challenge, with her background as a professional actress and stunt performer, she is committed to a daily practice and studies with Tej Kaur Khalsa, the Custodian of the Archives of the Teachings of Yogi Bhajan. Tej is a recognized authority on the teachings, a longtime teacher of Kundalini yoga and a student of Yogi Bhajan for over three decades.

Solvei is from Norway and was exposed to yoga at a young age. She was a competitive gymnast and professional dancer. For 22 years, certified through the NCCPT as Yoga Instructor, S.Y.A. and British Yoga Alliance, she has made an impact in the fitness industry as a holistic teacher and healer. She is the owner of Solvei Music, where she is involved in music production for film, media, concerts and performances as well as for health promotions, newsletters, and blogs. She is a content writer and continuing education provider for yoga, health, and fitness. She is a Health and Wellness Specialist at Quantum Body and Mind. She is a teacher in Europe who is facilitating yoga and fitness workshops. She is also a Yoga, Wellness, Nutrition, and Meditation Instructor at Malibu Health & Spa. As a fitness instructor, she also teaches Pilates floor mat and Pilates Barre. She has previous experience working with the in-house eating disorder unit at Kaiser Permanente. Solvei studied Plant Based Nutritional Studies and Nutrition Sciences at Cornell University.

She has been a Special Education teacher at Maryland Elementary, Washington Elementary School District, since 2016. Amy Boone Thompson
Amy has over 20 years of experience in fitness programming, personal training, and health club management. She is an ACE Certified Health Coach and received her ACE Fitness Management Certificate. She has been the Chair of International Program Director Committee for IDEA since 2004. Since 2014, Amy has been a member of the Board of Directors for National Personal Training Institute Colorado. In 2016 and 2017, she was an IDEA Program Director of the Year Award Finalist. She has been elected to several panels and advisory boards to elevate standards and improve the fitness industry. In 2005-06, she was the owner and COO of Four Seasons Yoga, 4 Seasons Yoga, Inc. From 2005-2011, she worked for Fit4Mom, LLC as the COO and Franchisor. She is currently the owner and founder of In-Out Fitness Solutions in Denver, Colorado, which is a fitness professionals networking group with over 27,500 active members.Amy received her Bachelor of Science in Health/Physical Education with an emphasis in Athletic Training from George Mason University. She became a Certified Massage Therapist at Potomac Massage Therapy Institute. Throughout her career in the fitness industry, she has been a presenter at several fitness conferences, a provider for continuing education, and an article writer.

Jen Weir is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, and a Functional Training Specialist. She uses resistance and metabolic training to help her clients consistently improve their health and fitness. Jen hopes to help as many people as possible live an active, bold and adventurous life.
Zak Lee
Born in Italy, Zak Lee has led a dynamic and passionate life. This charming champion has won the European Championship title twice as well as world & international championships. He's recognized in the U.S. and in Europe as a dynamo kick boxer and martial artist. Zak began with the aspirations to teach children and adult's karate and kick boxing, and to demonstrate his expertise on the big screen and TV shows as Stuntman/Actor. Zak his the inventor of the X3S Bench (www.X3Sbench.com) the hybrid chair bench to strength core and abs and legs. Zak is recognized as the creator of the successful fitness video series "Tai-Box Kick To Fit". The program was the first of its kind to combine kickboxing, martial arts, and aerobics, becoming a smash hit in 1998-1999, selling over a million dollars in retail sales. Celebrities and professional athletes in every arena stand by Zak Lee's fitness training program.
Zak has been in training nearly all his life, own and works as group fitness manager on two sports clubs in Italy and develops and taught his fitness programs at Equinox, Spectrum Clubs, Bodies in Motion, 24 hour Fitness, David Burton Gym and many more. Zak develops a Kickboxing Certification program for personal trainers and instructors in association with NCCPT (www.nccpt.com) distribute in USA and Internationally. Zak released a follow up to his first tape by producing and starring in a DVD series, Zak Lee's Street Kickbox Workout. In 2007-2009 Zak joined Motivatrix a company that introduced the wireless motion-caption cardio-machine with Zak's Kick 2 Fit Program and attended Fitness trades show around the country. In conjunction with the fitness and martial arts industry, Zak also use his unique strength physical ability to help charities organization to race fund and awareness for animals and environment protection and all start when he climbed for 24 hours ascendant and descendant non-stop the 189 steps of popular Santa Monica stairs in California for 316 times, with the total 59,754 steps, which burned over 10,000 calories and climbed high as one and half on the mountain Everest. Beverly Ann Hatle
Beverly is an Experienced Registered Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance. She is certified in Yoga for Cancer and Yoga of 12 Step Recovery. She is skilled in teaching special populations including seniors, amputees, diabetics, addicts, and persons with osteoporosis and cancer, among other conditions. Her classes cultivate a balance of strength and serenity while motivating students to follow through with fitness goals. She instructs in various yoga practices including Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Power, Gentle, Restorative, and Yin and Chair yoga. She has dance background (ballet, jazz, modern) and is an experienced Pilates Instructor. Currently, she is a yoga instructor at Bonita House of Hope, Lonestar College Adult and Leisure Learning, various LA Fitness locations, Palmer Drug Abuse Program, and at the Lonestar College Wellness Center.
For 15 years, she trained at the Academy of Ballet at the Broadway Dance Center in New York City. She earned a certification from University of Houston in Addiction Studies. She currently attends Lonestar College for her associate's degree.

Greg was the Director of Corporate Wellness for Warner Brother, Director of WEST COAST PROGRAMMING for Equinox Fitness Clubs and National Director for Training Development for LA Fitness International. He has trained Lance Armstrong, Kurt Russell, Pierce Brosnan and Russell Crowe. Greg is the author of 10,000 Steps A Day To Your Optimal Weight (Bonus BOOKS 2007), The Ultimate Lean Routine (Summit Publishing, 1996) and was named "100 Best Trainers in America" in Dec. 2004 Men's Journal. Greg was certified as Spinning Instructor from Johnny G and the NCCPT.

Henry Liska
Born in Slovak Republic, Henry grew up playing, soccer, ice hockey, table tennis, enjoyed skiing and swimming. He earned a green belt in Judo and played ice hockey for the local team. In college he was a member of the swimming and skiing team and competed in many intra college swimming competitions. As a certified swimming and skiing instructor on faculty of physical fitness, Henry coached students to develop and improve their swimming and skiing technique as well as leading swimming and skiing camps. In military service, working closely with the ski and K9 border patrol unit, he learned survival, dog obedience and defense techniques. After immigrating to South Africa, Henry added cycling and triathlons and competed in many races. As a member of TOYOTA Triathlon Team, he participates in a Yearly Radio 5 triathlon race. In the USA, cycling and skiing has become his favorite sports, where he has trained thousands of miles in more than the eight states where he has lived.
In 2006 - 2007 he worked for 24 Hour Fitness as a Personal Trainer and in 2009 earned his NCCPT certifications. From 2007 until 2011, he worked at a private Golf club – "Spanish Hills Country Club" in Camarillo, CA as a personal trainer and indoor cycling instructor. Henry continually pursues new and improved training methods, while, coaching swimming, cycling, nutrition and healthy lifestyle.
Paul Infald
Paul's passion for fitness started when he began lifting weights when at 13 years old. He came to California from the east coast in 1981 at the age of 21 pursuing a fitness career. His career began at Grecian Heath Spas as a fitness and group class instructor. The path to the top was clear….. sell the most memberships and you will grow at the fastest pace. (not the same today). He quickly became a sales person and off he went. Within two years he became an Assistant Manager of several different clubs, and finally a District Manager. Grecian was purchased by Fitness USA. At that point he was demoted back to Manager and with that, he decided in 1984 to open his first club.
Currently at 60 years old and a member of over 20 LLC's. ---all of these companies are fitness related. His endless responsibilities are mostly geared toward keeping our fitness centers relevant, competitive and cutting edge. It is a super competitive industry that is rapidly growing. We are approaching 2,000 employees. His vast experience includes recruiting, onboarding, evaluating and motivating the entire company including the fitness staff, which includes personal trainers and group exercise instructors. With over 20 years of experience as a competitive cycling an indoor cycling enthusiast, he especially has expertise in that area.
His company values have always been the same, honesty, integrity and member experience first, money later.
Outside of work, it's family first. Being healthy is still a top priority. His career in the fitness industry has provided him with a blessed life in many ways. He loves what he does.
Chris Just
Chris has been training in the gym since 1991. Chris played soccer and ran track throughout high school and college where he still holds records. At 18, he began racing mountain bikes at 18 during his senior year. In addition, he did cross country racing for 3 years. After multiple hamstring injuries running track collegiately, he began surfing to allow his body to heal. In 2010, he began competing in triathlons; two Ironman distance and multiple half Ironman and Olympic distance. He's an avid backcountry runner/ hiker, fisherman, rock climber and International surfer. He currently coaches triathletes on and off the bike.
Joella Hopkins
Joella has been involved in the fitness industry for several years. Her passions have formed the basis of her career in which she strives to help others towards achieving physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual fitness and wellness. She has a lot of experience has a General Manager and Group Fitness Manager/Director at fitness institutes such as: Sport Fit Bowie Racquet & Fitness Club, Sports & Health, Results Fitness, The Sports Club, Merritt Athletic Clubs, and Gold's Gym. She is currently the National Director of Group Fitness at XSport Fitness, a National Trainer Bodystep and Bodyattacks for Les Mills, and the Vice President of Group Fitness at EOS Fitness.
Joella earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at North Carolina State University.
Mark Sainz
Mark is a popular fitness professional in Southern California. He is certified through NSCA, Mad Dog Spinning, TRX, Yogafit, Peak Pilates, World Hwa Rang Do Association, US Olympic Lifting, and FMS (Grey Cook) and has a black belt in Tae Soo Do. Currently, he teaches multiple spin classes at Malibu Health Club. He graduated from UCLA in 1997 and the Academy of Culinary education in 2011.
Donna Hildebrandt
Donna has been involved in the fitness and wellness industry for over 30 years. She is a pro athlete trainer who developed human performance protocols from over 20 years of clinical research and laboratory testing. Some of the top athletic industries she has designed training systems for include the NHL, UFC, NBA, IFBB, and Olympians. She has been a part of the production of fitness and exercise videos for mothers and their babies as well as for couples. Previously, she co-owned and studied at the London Workout Teachers Training Center.
Donna earned her Yoga teacher training certification from St. Petersburg Yoga. She is currently the owner and trainer of the Body Fitness Studio and Wellness Center in Florida. She is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. In addition to yoga, She also teaches Zumba, weight training, Modern Jazz, and Aerial Yoga. She trains private clients who have certain limitations. Donna, a wellness chef, also prepares meals for some of the clients she trains.
Kim Haegele, CPT
Kim focuses on a holistic approach to well-being and health as a yoga teacher. Kelly McLendon, CPT
Kelly McLendon is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT–200). She completed her training in 2011 at Pranayoga School of Yoga and Health. Alison's passions for fitness and clothing led her to a career in both. Her clothing line named Annamaya Clothing was designed for comfortable and free movement. Scott Roberts, Ph.D
Scott Roberts was born and raised in Northern California. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Physiology from California State University, Chico in 1986. In 1988 he received his Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from California State University, Sacramento. Prior to starting his Ph.D., he worked at Roseville Hospital and CHART Sports Medicine Clinic, both located in the Sacramento area. In 1995 he received his Doctor of Philosophy in Exercise Physiology from the University of New Mexico. Prior to coming back to Chico State, Scott taught at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas and at Central Washington University in Ellensburg Washington. His primary area of expertise is in Clinical and Pediatric Exercise Physiology. Prior to coming to William Jessup University he served as the Program Coordinator for the Exercise Physiology Program and Chair of the Department at C.S.U., Chico. He is a fellow in both the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. He is currently Professor and Chair of the Kinesiology at William Jessup University. His current interests include Faith-Based Fitness and Wellness and Youth Fitness. He is the current Past-Chairman of the Board of Directors for the local American Heart Association and a former member of the national Board of Directors of the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. Scott has written numerous books, chapters, and articles on topics ranging from strength training for children and adolescents to exercise guidelines for pacemakers and AICDs.

Dr. William Sands has been a professor in the Department of Exercise and Sport Science at East Tennessee State University. He has been an adjunct and associate professor and helped direct research at institutes such as Colorado Mesa University, University of Utah, and Sheffield Hallam University. He has over 50 years of experience in Olympic sports working with the United States Olympic Committee as the Head of Sport Biomechanics and Engineering and Senior Physiologist. He was the Head Women's USA Gymnastics Coach as well as the Chair Emeritus for the U.S. Elite Coaches Association for Women's Gymnastic. He is the author of more than 90 peer-reviewed articles, more than 200 sports articles, 30 book chapters, over 500 national and international presentations, and 11 books. He is currently a sport scientist with the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association in Utah.

Harvey, a former weightlifting competitor, continues to be an expert in coaching, educating, and training for a wide variety of individuals at his own establishment, Newton Sports in Ormond Beach, Florida. He is a member of the editorial board for the International Journal of Sports Science and Coaching and for the Annual Review of Golf Coaching. Harvey was the USA Olympic Weightlifting head coach and executive director. Katherine Rhoderick is an Account Manager for Corporate Fitness Works (CFW). She began her career with CFW in 2014 as a Health Fitness Program Manager at a corporate account in Rockville, MD. Eva has ran countless 5k's, triathlons, duathlons, and half marathons, where she tends to land in the top three in her age group. She has completed many bike centuries (100 miles). She placed 3rd Masters in the WNY Ultra Series, is a RRCA Regional Champion, and a four star Marathon Maniac, and Wester States Qualifier. She has hiked the Grand Canyon, Zion R2R2R, and two states of the Appalachian Trail.

Michelle is a fitness, health and wellness professional with more than 15 continuous years in the field. She has held her ACE, IFAA and Spencer's Institute personal training, group exercise, cycling and health coaching certifications. Along with those certifications, she has an Exercise Science degree (2003). She received her Level 1 Crossfit certification in 2014 and coached for 2 years in a local box club in the early mornings before her full time roll would begin. She has been the Wellness Director and A Health Programs Manager in large corporation with fitness facilities, memberships from the community and employees of the corporation. Health coaching has also been a major priority for her in dealing closely with clients and members as behavior change is a process that one often needs direct guidance to obtain long term success. Simply known as DORIT, a very vivacious and exuberant lover of LIFE, with a very prolific resume and a long list of celebrity clients, Dorit is a much sought after presenter at conferences, expos, panels and radio shows.
Adding variety to her work as a Certified Living Foods Chef, and Certified Movement Analyst/ Therapist, Dorit was a workshop leader for a medically supervised Cleansing and Detoxification Retreat at the Fox Hollow Clinic and Spa in Kentucky.
As a Certified Movement Analyst/Therapist, she was the innovator and founder of the Movement Therapy Department at Canyon Ranch Spa in the Berkshires where she introduced Pilates & Gyrotonics and under her direction, this department became the most financially profitable department of Canyon Ranch Spa. Currently, he is an Exercise and Nutrition Counselor at AgeFocus Medical Management and the President and CEO of AFF Wellness Consulting Corporation. He has been and continues to be involved in many organizations including IDEA Health and Fitness Association, American College of Sports Medicine Alliance of Health and Fitness Professionals, American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation of New York State, National Athletic Trainer's Association, and the Department of Physical Education, Health, and Movement Science Majors Club at Long Island University. Jennifer Burke
Jenn Burke is the Director of Education for Crunch Fitness and the Personal Training Education Center. After graduating from Southeast Missouri State University with a BS in Health Management Exercise Science and a MS in Nutrition and Exercise Science, she has worked as a Personal Trainer for 15 years. She was lucky enough to work at the High Performance Training Center in 2008 at the Beijing Olympics.
Her certifications include PTAG CPT, ACSM HFS, NASM CPT, NASM CES, NASM UFC, NCSF CPT, Master instructor TRX Suspension Trainer, Master Instructor TRX Rip Trainer, Master Instructor Bulgarian Bags, Master Instructor Escape Kettlebell Instructor, TRX STC Sports Medicine, Master Instructor Tiyr, Rocktape FMT1, FMT2 & PMT, Spin Instructor, SFG1, Z-Health R & I Phase, Original Strength Certified, Progressive Calisthenics Certified, and Certified Functional Strength Coach. Jenn has also completed 14 marathons, a half ironman, a figure competition, and several obstacle courses ranging from Warrior Dashes, Spartan Races, and Tough Mudders. Jon Johansen
As a former soccer athlete, Jon began his career in physical fitness by coaching youth soccer clubs by focusing on their conditioning programs. Soon after, he became a personal trainer and gained experience training a variety of populations including martial arts competitors. He is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, NASM MMA Conditioning Specialist, TRX RIP Trainer, and TRX Suspension Trainer. In addition, he holds a USSA National Coaching License (E). His training style focuses on maximizes client's time while ensuring they remain injury free. He is currently working on earning more certifications to be a NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, ISSA Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and ISSA Exercise Therapist.
Nic Mapes
Nic is from Trinity, Florida. He has 14 years of experience in the fitness industry as well as 13 years of experience in sales. He graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor's in Science degree. He is currently a Personal Training Manager at Zone Fitness Clubs LLC while he is studying for an Emergency Medical Science degree.
Christina T. Sabo
Christina Sabo is a personal trainer out of Tallahassee, FL who lives to see success in others and has a passion for staying active. She has taught kickboxing, cross-training, 4D bungee, women's weight training and H.I.I.T. classes. Christina has also focused her training assisting seniors through corrective exercise and has coached youth through speed and agility camps. No matter the age, her thought is that staying active is the key to longevity and a healthy life.
In addition to training others, Christina has competed in Natural Bodybuilding through the Organization of Competitive Bodybuilders.
Michael Butler
Mike Butler (also known as Trainer Mike) is a nationally certified strength and conditioning Coach/Personal Trainer through the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association), NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine) and NETA (National Exercise Trainers Association). While attending both Plant and Robinson high schools in his home town of Tampa, Florida, he was well known for being a "gym rat" and playing multiple sports (football, baseball, basketball tennis). Mike continued his education while attending Florida State University and received a degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis on kinesiology. Since Mike has attained his certifications, he has Authored/ Co-authored programs as well as trained Athletes in multiple sports at Florida State University, Saint Leo University and the University of South Florida.
Over the last 3 years, high school athletic programs have been Mike's focal point. He has a true love and passion for youth athletes and wishes to see greater results and more injury prevention protocol placed in youth sports. "The Grind never stops, so never stop grinding" is his motto and his philosophy follows suite; "Any and all physical, mental and spiritual adaptations can be attained with the proper guidance and a strong will." Luke 14:11
