The purpose of this article is to equip exercise instructors with research-backed concepts in order to create effective ballet-inspired programs. In this course, you will learn:

Clarisse McLeod is an NCCPT certified personal trainer, as well as a certified Pilates and Barre instructor. As a fitness instructor, her background is in women’s fitness, post-rehabilitation, weight loss, and strength training. During and after completing her M.A. in Psychology, she witnessed the physical and emotional benefits that both she and her clients experienced from leading a healthy lifestyle. Her passion as an exercise instructor is to bring out and develop her clients’ strengths in order to reach a place of holistic health.
