Moment Arm Exercise is an approach to strength training that emphasizes aligning the forces and levers, ie the “moment arms”, of both the muscles and resistance. In this course you will see familiar exercises: presses, pulls, squats, raises, curls, etc. But what you will see here that you won’t see elsewhere are the axes and the lines of force provided by the exercise, and how to coordinate that with the torque provided by the muscles and joints.
