What can you expect to learn?
In this course, we explore how to strategically design superset sessions and programs to maximize muscle performance. I want to share with you my credentials to bring you this course – after I earned a Ph.D. in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin my first professional experience was in Las Vegas inside the professional boxing gyms. It was by far, the best time of my life both personally and professionally. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to share those experiences with you! As a 30 year veteran of the industry, my experiences range from athletics and personal fitness training to group fitness to dozens of published articles, blogs and training manuals. I served as the Sports Sciences Program Director for the American Military University and I have been a Professor at American Public University, University of Tampa and College of Southern Nevada.
I am the author of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for Boxing: Maximize Performance; Avoid Overtraining Programming for Strength Gains, along with Biomechanics of Assisted Stretching, Strength Training for Clients Who Have Obesity: A trainer’s guide to analysis, design, and execution and Cardiovascular Training for Clients Who Have Obesity: A trainer’s guide to analysis, design, and execution, and First Year Trainer Series: A total body conditioning session.
My mission is to support working trainers in the field. My favorite thing to do is to offer continuing education to professional trainers like you. It is a privilege to train the people that make a difference in the lives of millions every day! It is an honor to have you here. Thank you for your interest in the content and commitment to the strength and conditioning profession.
