Terms of Service

  1. Standard Payment Terms: Master Card, Visa, COD, Cash, Money Order, or wire transfer. Payment by company check may delay shipping 2-3 weeks.
  2. Terms of payment: Payment terms of Net 30 days may be made available under circumstances.  NCCPT, LLC reserves the right to hold shipments on overdue accounts.
  3. Prices subject to change without notice.
  4. WARRANTY: THE (OEM) ORGINIAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY APPLIES.  NCCPT, LLC MAKES NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  NCCPT, LLC  SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, NOR SHALL NCCPT, LLC BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF NCCPT, LLC PRODUCTS.
  5. Returned checks: The maker of any check returned to NCCPT, LLC for non-sufficient funds, no account, or for stop payment shall be liable for assessment of a Twenty-Five Dollar ($25.00 USD) charge. Payment on returned checks is due immediately. Payment must be cash or cashier's check.
  6. Collection: In the event of non-payment of any invoice, NCCPT, LLC shall be entitled to recover all reasonable expenses including but not limited to collection fees, attorney's fees, and court costs.
  7. Refunds: There are no refunds for any products or services unless damaged.
  8. All sales are final.
  9. Damage claims: Claims for "DOA" defective merchandise must be received by NCCPT, LLC within 10 days of the purchase date. The Original Equipment Manufacturer's policy for repairing or replacing "DOA" defective products will apply. Defective merchandise returns are only for repair or replacement with same product only.
  10. Transfer fee: Once a student or buyer had purchased a "live" course, workshop, certification or seminar for a particular date, there will be a transfer fee if the student or buyer wishes to change that date to another date or location.
  11. Special Handling fees: NCCPT, LLC. reserves the right to assess special handling charges including (but not limited to) charges for expedited shipment, drop shipments, and courier services. Such charges will be added to the invoice for such shipments.
  12. Special orders: Orders for "Special Order" merchandise, software, supplies or services are non-refundable. NCCPT, LLC reserves the right to require deposits or prepayment on "Special Orders."
  13. Refused shipments: All Shipping and applicable restocking charges related to refused shipments are the responsibility of the party placing the original order.
  14. Retake Exam fee: If you fail your exam, there is a fee to retake the exam. Also, you must pass the course within 6 months from the date of class or exam purchase. If not, there will be a late fee in addition to fee to retake the exam.
  15. Confidentiality Policy: No representative of NCCPT, LLC shall disperse or divulge confidential exam candidate or certified member exam results without the express written consent from those individuals. Confidential information consists of application status and certification exam results. Exam questions and content are not available for review. The National Council for Personal Trainers (N.C.C.P.T.), LLC will not discuss exam questions or content.
  16. ALL N.C.C.P.T. certificants must agree to adhere to the NCCPT Code of Ethics (http://www.nccpt.com/code-of-ethics).
  17. Upon passing any NCCPT course, NCCPT may publish the name, phone number and email address of all NCCPT Certified Personal Trainers to the public and its affiliates.
