Agility Training

The ability to change speed and direction of movement and appropriately react to all given stimuli is often the difference between injury and safety or success. In the NCCPT’s Agility Training you will learn a variety of running drills and plyometric exercises practiced by some of the world’s leading athletes. Use these drills that are fundamental to every sport to help your clients burn fat and become well-rounded athletes.

Medicine Ball Training

The ability to generate strength and power is a very important component for success in many sports, particularly in those involving explosive movements. Medicine ball training, in conjunction with a program of weight training and circuit training, can be used to develop strength and power.

In this course you will learn:

Unstable Surfaces

Unstable Surface Training focuses on the stability muscles that get left out when performing isolation exercises. Balance Training, when performed correctly, will lead to better joint mobility and stability as well as more efficient motor patterns.
