About the Flexibility Specialist Program

Most people, especially athletes focus primarily on training and nutrition. However, without recovery, we’d never progress and eventually, injury could occur. Flexibility is the most overlooked component of a fitness program; especially for men. This course will help integrate flexibility into a client's program and even your own!

Continuing Education Units (CEUs): 0.8 units.

Prerequisites: Must be 18 years or older with a valid photo ID and valid CPR card.

Exam Information

You will have 6 months to take your exam, after which a late fee will apply.
Reliable internet connection and webcam are required to take online exam.
A government photo ID and a valid CPR card are required.
You will be given 120 minutes to take the 77 question exam.
You must score a 75% or higher to pass the exam.
Retake exams must be purchased separately.
